02 FROILABO

Internership – 2021

Driven by a passion for innovation and technical precision, I had the opportunity to apply my skills during an enriching internship at Froilabo, a leader in laboratory equipment. This experience allowed me to develop expertise in the metrology of low-temperature freezers while contributing to the enhancement of production and design processes.

- Designed and implemented a sophisticated device for measuring and recording temperature data from low-temperature freezers.
- Utilized 10 strategically positioned temperature probes to ensure comprehensive analysis in accordance with Energy Star standards.
- Conducted thorough assessments to guarantee product performance meets stringent requirements for the medical and industrial sectors.

2. Electrical Consumption Analysis
- Developed a system to quantify electrical consumption using a Janitza UMG 96 RM.
- Monitored peak consumption levels and evaluated the impact of various operational conditions, such as door openings.

3. Mechanical Design
- Engaged in mechanical design work, specifically improving a handle plate for a new series of freezers.
- Analyzed existing constraints and compared dimensions with other models to propose precise modifications.
4. Technical Documentation
- Assisted in creating detailed assembly instructions for a new range of low-temperature freezers.
- Developed documentation aimed at guiding new technicians through proper component placement and assembly sequences, enhancing production efficiency.
